La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this comfortable house which has a large living room/lounge opening onto the wooden terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool.
The villa is located in a quiet area with the possibility of parking a vehicle in the secure and private garage.
Direct access to the cycle paths for Saint-Martin-de-Re and the beach of La Cible (accessible in 10 minutes by bike), the center of La Flotte and the paths towards Bois-Plage-en-Re and La Couarde-sur-Mer.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The Ile de Re offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest rates of sunshine in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small 30-kilometer-long island. Passionate about history, summer and culinary activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
When you arrive, we will give you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with good tips and our advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
