La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this comfortable house which has a large living room opening onto the wooden terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool.
The villa is located in a quiet area with the possibility of parking a vehicle in the secure garage and private.
Direct access to cycle paths for Saint-Martin-de-Re and La Cible beach (accessible 10 minutes by bike), the center of La Flotte and the tracks towards Bois-Plage-en-Re and La Couarde-sur-Mer.

Bedroom 1 MASTER: 1 double bed 160x200 with a private shower room.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1 to October 15.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed for heating at 29. The effective temperature of the water in our pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The Ile de Re offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and the beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer and taste activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival we will give you in addition to our welcome kit a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
