1 Ground floor with a large American kitchen and a bright living room of 40m2 with canopy and bay which overlooks the historic chimney of the old refinery of Ars.

2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with a double bed, the other with 3 single beds (possibility of 5 beds). Bathroom and separate toilet.

1 bedroom parental suite on the second floor, with 1 small living room, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, and 1 terrace overlooking the roofs of Ars.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Cabin for storing bikes.

2 WC, 2 bathrooms with bath showers .
