House near the center of Ars, about 600 m from the sea on one side of the island (at the end of the street) and about 700 m from the port on the other side of the island on a tree-lined courtyard
(largely sunny courtyard, enclosed by walls with no view of neighbours)
Four bedrooms, each with shower or bath. (Two large ones with double beds of 160, one of medium size with two beds of 80 that can be brought together, and a small one for children with bunk beds). Two toilets.
Large kitchen open to the living room but separated from it.

Accommodation not accessible to disabled people.

From 1100 to 2500 € per week / Minimum 1 week
Security déposit 1000 €

Between 1100 and 2500 euros per week depending on the period, tourist tax not included (in April, May, June, September 1100 or 1200 depending on the week, in July 1500 to 2000 depending on the week, in August 2400 or 2500 euros depending on the week )
Prices are charges included. (water, electricity except in April and November in case of need for heating if consumption exceeds 50 euros per week). Linen not provided. Possibility of renting linen (sheets, covers, towels) on request and at an additional cost
Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay. Package from 130 to 200 euros depending on the period.
Rentals from Sunday to Sunday in July and August, Other months either Saturdays or Sundays depending on availability
