La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this newly renovated villa, ideal for a stay with family or friends, with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Located just 20 meters from Place des Tilleuls, the house enjoys a privileged location, close to La Noue market and cycle paths, and 600 meters from the beach.

You will find everything you need just a stone's throw away: bakery, pizzeria, three restaurants, dairy, cheese shop, poultry shop, tobacconist, Re biscuit shop, tourist office, post office, shops, hairdresser and beautician.
La Noue market and the covered market of Sainte-Marie (Place d'Antioche) are open all year round, to enjoy local products in all seasons.

Nestled at the end of a dead-end alley, the villa offers a very quiet environment, with no traffic. Its south-facing exposure gives it great natural light, particularly pleasant in the living room.
