Located just 20 meters from the Place des Tilleuls, the house enjoys a privileged location, in the immediate vicinity of the La Noue market and cycle paths, and 600 meters from the beach. You will find everything you need within easy walking distance: bakery, pizzeria, three restaurants, dairy, cheese shop, poultry shop, tobacconist, biscuit factory, tourist office, post office, shops, hairdresser, and beautician. The La Noue market and the Sainte-Marie covered market (Place d'Antioche) are open year-round, allowing you to enjoy local products in every season. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa offers a very peaceful environment, with no through traffic. Its south-facing exposure provides abundant natural light, particularly pleasant in the living room.

The heat pumps for our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the pool water temperature, and cold weather decreases it.

Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
