La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this newly renovated villa, ideal for a stay with family or friends, with 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. Located just 20 meters from the Place des Tilleuls, the house enjoys a privileged location, in the immediate vicinity of the La Noue market and cycle paths, and 600 meters from the beach. You will find everything you need within easy walking distance: bakery, pizzeria, three restaurants, dairy, cheese shop, poultry shop, tobacconist, biscuit factory, tourist office, post office, shops, hairdresser, and beautician. The La Noue market and the Sainte-Marie covered market (Place d'Antioche) are open year-round, allowing you to enjoy local products in every season. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa offers a very peaceful environment, with no through traffic. Its south-facing aspect provides abundant natural light, particularly pleasant in the living room.
