This spacious and bright vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, thanks to its 4 independent bedrooms. Each bedroom is a refined cocoon with its 160200 cm double bed and private bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.

You will find a pleasant living room, bathed in light, with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy living room with a sofa. A warm and functional space, perfect for cooking, chatting or simply getting together in all simplicity.

The heart of the house beats around its outdoor space, where you will enjoy a secure swimming pool with Rolling Deck: covered, it transforms into a large wooden terrace, perfect for extending moments of relaxation.

The enclosed garden is a real invitation to rest, after a day at the beach or at the local market.

You will also have a private courtyard with parking, a real plus on the Ile de Re!

Just a few minutes walk or bike ride from the ocean, shops, cycle paths and wild beaches, Villa Rose des Vents is the dream starting point to explore the island in complete freedom.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,450 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,950 Euros/week
- High season: 3,050 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,850 Euros/week

Weekend rental (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

- Tourist tax in addition: 1.65 Euros /night/adult
- Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linens with pool towels.
