Ideally located in Saint-Clement-des-Baleines, a short walk from the Phare des Baleines lighthouse, this house offers an ideal location for a relaxing and convenient holiday, thanks to its proximity to cycle paths. The comfortable house comprises a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. GROUND FLOOR: Spacious and bright living area with lounge and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) with ensuite shower room. UPSTAIRS: MASTER BEDROOM: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shower room and a separate WC. The house is Non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art, and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more, excluding the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house are included.
