2024/2025 rates (per week and conditions):
- from September 15, 2024 to April 04, 2025: 590 Euros (or 99 Euros/night: min 4 nights)
- from April 05 to June 27, 2025: 750Euros
- from June 28 to July 04, 2025: 1099Euros
- from July 5 to August 30, 2025: 1399Euros
- from August 30 to September 13, 2025: 750Euros
- from September 15, 2025 to March 31, 2026 = 590Euros (min 4 nights 99Euros: night)
Price per week from Saturday to Saturday, arrival possible on Sunday depending on availability and dates, contact us (tourist tax not included).
Arrival is around 5 p.m. and departure around 10 a.m.
Possibility to rent per night during certain periods, please contact us.
End of stay cleaning not included but mandatory (70 Euros)
Bed linen and towels with bed made on arrival optional at the time of booking at the rate of 10Euros per person
Pets not allowed (allergen risk) and non-smoking accommodation.
A copy of your holiday insurance certificate will be requested.
The deposit of 300 euros must be paid before arrival and will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure.
