You can enjoy the seaside (water sports) - close to Saint Martin de Re (Vauban citadel listed by UNESCO)
Easy access to cycle paths.
Access to a private parking space within the residence.

- Insurance: You must take out comprehensive insurance with your insurance company to protect yourself against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire, for example).
- A 25% deposit is required upon booking.
- The balance is due 15 days before your arrival.
- Security deposit: We require a security deposit of €500 by check made payable to the landlord. We will return it to you no later than one week after your departure.
