Description

Charming house with a private terrace in a residence with a shared heated swimming pool and outdoor area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Fully equipped, including for families with children and/or baby. Located in La Flotte en Ré, a very pretty little port with a market every morning in a medieval setting; shops, restaurants and gourmet venues, bars, post office, bank, bookstore. You can enjoy the seaside (water sports) - close to Saint Martin de Ré (Vauban citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Easy access to cycle paths. Access to a private parking space within the residence. Dogs and cats are not allowed.
