Single-storey gîte of 45 m2, enclosed garden with a 100m2 south-facing terrace with barbecue and a 30m2 north-facing courtyard.
Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
Separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and memory foam mattress. Travel cot available if needed.
Separate WC.
Shower room with double sinks.
Living room with sofa bed, TV and free Wi-Fi.
There is a covered area for storing bicycles.
Free public parking 15m away in the off-season and free private parking 25m away in season.

Peak season (July 22nd to August 22nd, 2026): €1050 per week. One dog accepted upon request: €7 per day or €45 per week. The price includes tourist tax, utilities (water, electricity), and cleaning. Open all year round.
