A first enclosed garden separates the house from the street and a second garden behind the house houses a swimming pool of 4 mx 8 m, a barbecue for grilling with garden furniture and deckchairs. a large living room with a high ceiling with a fireplace, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a laundry room. A corridor serves, on each side, three double bedrooms, two of which overlook the swimming pool and at the end a final room which can be used as an office or an additional bedroom with a sofa which converts into two single beds.

Animals are welcome. Access to the house is possible for people with reduced mobility.
