Description

Beautiful villa in a quiet area of 180m² on two levels on a plot of 560m close walls on its perimeter and without any opposite. The house offers 14 beds distributed in 6 rooms including 4 at the floor and 2 in an independant annex.

The house is ideally located because has 190 m of the nearest beach, 1400m of church square and 1300m covered market and commercial mall.
The beach is 2 minutes walk and the house offers a heated private pool from May to October. The tiled swimming pool of 4m by 8m with heat pump is equipped with an automatic shutter immersed for holidays safely .

The house offers 5 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 3 WCs. It has a large living / dining room of 51m², open on one side on an exotic wooden terrace and overlooking the pool on the other. The kitchen equipped with high-end appliances is independent. The laundry / rear kitchen of 6m² is equipped with a wine cellar at disposal.


The house is equipped with wifi on all its surface and has a pleasant "family room" of 24m² with flat screen and multimedia entertainment (PS4, library DVD and Blue Ray, internet and digital TV) .
