Rue de la Motte, 100m from the main street, 300 meters from the market and the Carrefour supermarket and 500m from the beach: an exceptional location... The house is an authentic Retaise house, with its main building (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom), its covered porches, its large courtyard and a small garden. All the charm of the old. It can accommodate 6 people and offers traditional comfort. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. A summer dining room allows you to eat your meals in the cool even when the sun is generous. An additional shower room (access from the outside) has many advantages when you come back from the beach and want to get rid of the sand. Very quiet since the house is located in a discreet street that only those who know the village well use. Possibility of parking in front of the house. Televisions, internet, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, garden furniture, barbecue ... In short, a family home, well equipped and welcoming to which we are very attached and which we continue to maintain with passion.
The maintenance and cleaning of the house is carried out by a professional company which strictly applies the Covid health measures (see the site)
PS1 Unfortunately, for "logistical" reasons, sheets and towels are not provided, but the rental is very easy; if you wish we can take care of it for you (around 15 euros per person for a week)
PS2 My daughter suffers from serious allergy problems, we regret that we cannot accept tenants with animals. I am sorry.
