Ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde, with direct access to cycle paths, La Virginie, a large, typically Rhetaise family house, offers you the Patio Suite, a very beautiful apartment, completely renovated, independent and located on the ground floor.

The thick walls of the house keep the rental naturally cool. You also have a fan available.
The accommodation

From the entrance, the exterior patio sets the tone: plancha and dining table for aperitifs and grills. Deck chairs and parasol for relaxation.

Inside, the rental is a sweet blend of authenticity, comfort and well-being.

The thick stone walls help to naturally keep the freshness in the rental.

The living room has a TV corner, as well as a kitchen open to the dining room.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare sandwiches for your guests. pick nick at the beach, as well as your seafood platters at home (the oyster knife is even provided!).

Night side, the bedding is comfortable, the beds will be made upon your arrival.

The Patio apartment is very appreciated for its comfort (bedding in particular), its calm and for its beauty private patio.

Its geographical location, in the center of the Ile de Re, allows young and old to fully enjoy the island by bike.
