Ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde, with direct access to cycle paths, La Virginie, a large, typically Rhetaise family house, offers you the Flot Suite, a very beautiful, completely renovated and independent apartment, located on the ground floor.
From the entrance, the large exterior terrace sets the tone: Private spa, deck chairs and parasol for relaxation. Plancha and dining table for aperitifs and grills.
Inside, the rental is a sweet blend of authenticity, comfort and well-being.
The living room has a TV area (satellite) with a comfortable sofa, as well as a kitchen open to the dining room.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare sandwiches for your pick nicks at the beach, as well as your seafood platters at home (the oyster knife is even provided!).
Night side, the bedding is comfortable, the beds will be made upon your arrival.

The Flot apartment is very appreciated for its comfort (bedding in particular), its calm and for its beauty private terrace.
Its geographical location, in the center of the Ile de Re, allows young and old to fully enjoy the island by bike.
This rental has stairs, and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The rental is located 5 minutes by bike from the Plage du Peu Ragot, the covered market, the Carrefour Contact or the pharmacy. Many sports activities such as tennis, mini golf, but also the nautical base (windsurfing, Stand-up Paddle...) are also accessible less than 5 minutes away by bike.
The center of the village and all amenities ( bakery, tobacconist, cafes...) are 2 minutes by bike from the rental.
