Description

Located in La Couarde sur Mer, in the middle of the island, a few pedal rides from the lively villages of Saint Martin and Ars.

Quiet, close to the center, you will quickly reach the church square, the walking and beaches. For sports enthusiasts, the Pertuis tennis club and the Goisil sailing club are nearby.

Old renovated winery with original and careful decoration. The heart of the house is illuminated by a pretty glass roof, the work of Rodolphe Blandin, as are all the ironworks.

In good weather you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, in less good weather the fireplace will warm up the atmosphere.

The open kitchen and the living room has direct access to a large terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. In the back kitchen/laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, additional refrigerator and all cleaning equipment.

Upstairs, the 4 bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom and 2 others with shared bathroom allow a comfortable stay, with family or friends. Waxed concrete, wood, light tones, the decoration is refined and warm. The furniture and sanitary facilities are new. Desk
