In the charming village of Loix, we rent our 75m² annex with 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom depending on availability), a terrace, and a south-facing garden. The grounds are shared with our house, but the buildings are sufficiently separate and enclosed by a fence. The annex benefits from a small, private, sunny, and peaceful garden. The annex (75m²) has 2 bedrooms: - The Zen bedroom (160x200 bed), with its own bathroom, a small desk, and access to the garden. - The Cosy room (one queen-size bed 160x200 or two single beds) with a third bed (90x200), and its own bathroom (with walk-in shower) - 2 toilets - A living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a private south-facing terrace overlooking the garden. We designed the small house with blinds in almost every room to flood it with light and allow you to see the garden from anywhere (even from the bathroom!). Mansouria, the person who looks after our house, can clean and prepare delicious meals for your arrival or during your stay.

The house has been completely renovated and extended; it is very welcoming and comfortable. Everything is new: bedding, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, etc. There is a TV with children's channels, OCS, Bein, and Netflix.

Price per night. 2 nights minimum. Low season (November to March): €95/night (1 bedroom) / €130/night (2 bedrooms) All Saints'/Christmas/Easter holidays: €110/night (1 bedroom) / €160/night (2 bedrooms) High season (May/June/September/October): €130/night (1 bedroom) / €180/night (2 bedrooms) July/August (2 bedrooms): €250/night Last week of August (2 bedrooms only): €200/night In summer, the house is rented only with the large neighboring house and its heated swimming pool - see listing #4391 During school holidays, the house is rented by the week From €665/week (low season - 1 bedroom) to €1750/week (high season - 2 bedrooms)

A cleaning fee of €60 will be charged.
€10/person for linens. You may bring your own sheets and towels.

For stays of one week or more, a security deposit of €500 is required.
