In the charming village of Loix, we rent our 75m2 outbuilding with 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom depending on), terrace and garden facing south. The land is shared with our house but the buildings are sufficiently remote and enclosed by a fence. The outbuilding benefits from a small private garden, sunny and calm.
The house has been completely renovated and extended, it is very welcoming and comfortable. Everything is recent: bedding, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, etc. There is a TV with children's package, OCS, Bein and Netflix, plus a DVD player.
There are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a 160x200 double bed, one with 2 single beds (which can be attached to make a large double bed). 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Possibility of 1 or 2 additional beds for children or 1 adult. We have designed the house with openings (blinds) in almost every room to bathe it in light and see the garden wherever you are...

All Saints/Christmas/Easter holidays: 110Euros/night (1 bedroom) / 160Euros/night (2 bedrooms)
High season May/June/Sept/Oct:
130Euros/night (1 bedroom) / 180Euros/night (2 bedrooms)
July/August (2 bedrooms) 250Euros/night
Last week of August (with 2 bedrooms only): 200Euros/night
In summer, the house is rented only with the large neighboring house and its swimming pool - see ad n°4391
During school holidays, the house is rented by the week
From 665Euros/week (low season - 1 bedroom) to 1750Euros/week (high season - 2 bedrooms)
Please allow a cleaning fee of 60Euros for 2 nights and 80Euros for more.
10Euros/person for linen. You can bring your own sheets and towels.
From one week, a deposit of 500Euros is required.
