- 150 Euros per night on long weekends 3 nights minimum
- Christmas holidays: 850 Euros / week

- Cleaning fee 120 Euros for one week / 145 Euros for two weeks

40% deposit upon reservation.

On handing over the keys:
- Deposit of 1500 Euros (non-cashable), returned in 15 days from the inventory of the premises upon departure.
