- 150 Euros per night on bank holiday weekends Minimum 3 nights - Christmas Holidays: €850/week - Cleaning fee: €120 for one week / €145 for two weeks - 40% deposit upon booking. Balance due one month before departure. Upon key handover: - Security deposit of €1500 (non-cashable), refunded within 15 days of the check-out inspection. - Linen not provided; linen rental available, to be confirmed one month prior to arrival.
