"Pleasant and functional house" is the kind comments of the tenants. It was repainted in April 2018 in white with gray shutters .
The bike paths are less than 5 minutes .
Very well located, it takes less than 10 minutes, on foot, to go to the beach or shops. You can spend your holidays without a car.
The one-way street is quiet and infrequent .
There is a passage, the path of the lock, to get to the beach (see satellite photo). The latter is very beautiful and infrequent, in fact, there is no car park to access it. The house is well designed. The living room includes an entrance, 3 clearly differentiated spaces: living room, dining area and kitchen (see photos)
The rooms are isolated from the living room by 2 doors. There is neither television nor conversations. The new bedding will provide you a comfortable sleep.
The Italian shower is practical. The toilets are independent .
The new terrace is oriented south, in Ipe of 50 m2, exotic wood. It is the favorite place for holidaymakers with its dining area and lounge area.Finally children can have a play area in the garden that surrounds the house on 3 dimensions .
