Hello!
We are renting our fully renovated family house on Île de Ré, a 5-minute walk from the Baleines lighthouse in St Clément.

The house consists of a main house (approximately 140m²), an annex (approximately 18m²), and a large garden.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/Open equipped kitchen (combination steam/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, coffee bean machine, multifunction robot. Washing machine, dryer. Office corner. Toilet. Wifi. Keybox.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom/dressing room/bathroom with a shower/toilets: Bed 160x200. Duvet 240x220. 4 pillows 60x60.

1 bedroom: 2 beds 90x200. 2 Duvets 140x200 or 220x240. 2 pillows 60x60.

1 Bathroom with bathtub and shower. One toilet.

Annex: 1 bedroom/bathroom with shower/toilets. Bed 160x200. Duvet 240x220. 4 pillows 60x60.

Exterior: terrace (gas griddle), garden.

Bed sheets and towels are not provided.
Expect €150 mandatory cleaning fee in addition to the rental amount.

We are 50m from the wild coast (plan for some legendary aperitifs!), 5 minutes by bike from La Conche, and 5 minutes from the village of St Clément.
