This 150 m2 two-story house, ideally located 200 m from Brardes beach, is calm, bright and easy to live in. It is only rented during holidays by its owner, a permanent resident in Re. The 507 m2 plot is entirely enclosed by a wall.

It includes for rent on the ground floor:
- a living room: (lounge / dining room / equipped kitchen) of 60 m2 opening onto the gardens
- 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 90 X 190 pushed together in each),
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC,
- 1 separate WC with washbasin,
- 1 laundry room with shower and WC,
- 1 garage for bicycles,
- 1 covered courtyard.
All the bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to a garden.

Upstairs: 1 large master bedroom (2 beds of 90 X 200 pushed together) and 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC

It is surrounded by several small gardens, courtyards, terraces and flowered patios equipped with garden furniture, awnings or parasols.

A 32 m2 (8 X 4) swimming pool with electric child protection roller shutter, deckchairs and outdoor shower.

Sheets will be provided (unless otherwise specified in health guidelines)

The operation of the swimming pool complies with the decrees of the Administration.

Pets are not allowed.

Only smokers outside are accepted.

Deposit check and tenant's insurance required.

The house is very well equipped:
- dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, various robots, 2 coffee machines (including 1 Nexpresso), ironing board and iron, 1 hair dryer per bathroom, 1 vacuum cleaner per floor, etc...
- 2 built-in kitchen refrigerators and 1 refrigerator (200l) / freezer (100l)
- several sets of dishes and cutlery, usual furniture, cupboards and wardrobes, and 2 water heaters of 300l and 150l,
- WIFI, unlimited internet, 2 flat screen TVs (channels in F, D, GB), Hi Fi system, radios, DVD player
- Weber gas barbecue, 4 deckchairs, garden furniture (3 tables and 18 chairs)

To rent in August for a stay of 2 or 3 weeks between Sunday, August 10 and Sunday, August 31, 2025
start dates of stay to be determined together according to the reservations already made: your choice

from Sunday, August 10 to Sunday, August 24: 4,300 Euros per week
or from Sunday, August 10 to Sunday, August 31: 4,000 Euros per week

Why do I recommend rentals from Sunday to Sunday?
To avoid you and me the hours of traffic jams at the bridge resulting from the departures and arrivals of other
tenants which are every Saturday
