Rental from Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday, depending on the week. Fortnightly rental preferred. Security deposit: €4,000. 2026 weekly rates: Summer holidays (July 4th to August 30th, 2026): €5,500 to €6,800. In addition, the applicable tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning are charged. Upon request, a quote for complete linens (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens) will be provided, with beds made upon arrival. Basic necessities are available in the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and cleaning utensils). We also offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and culture, etc., upon request. A welcome booklet is available in the house, as well as tourist brochures (maps and cycle paths, activities, etc.). Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking; ashtrays are available outside. Maximum capacity: 10 people.
