Description

Welcome to the La Cible district of Saint Martin, in this charming single-storey house. You will be seduced by its location and its tranquility, a stone's throw from the beach and close to the port and shops.

You will find a large living room with a lounge, a television area and a 44 m² dining room with its open mezzanine ideal for working. You can enjoy the kitchen open to this living room, ideally equipped and functional.

The sleeping area, firm and quiet, has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160200), and one bedroom has two single beds (90200) which can be joined into a double bed. This space is structured around a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, double sinks and WC.

The garage is equipped with an additional shower area, ideal for your return from fishing or the beach.
Outside, the terrace and the 450m² wooded garden offer a peaceful setting. The garden furniture and deckchairs are perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying the sun.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:

- Very high season: 2,680 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 1.65 Euros/night/adult
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person household linen with pool towels.
