A village house of approximately 150 m2, completely renovated and designed as a haven of well-being, a true cocoon in the heart of the village of Loix. The harmony between pastel colors, natural materials, and the interplay of light creates a soft and cozy atmosphere; an ideal setting for holidays with friends or family. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms, including an exceptional master suite opening onto a rooftop with ocean and sunset views.

A bedroom with two bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), and a bathroom with a separate WC for these two bedrooms.

The last suite is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the courtyard and also consists of a shower room and a WC.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT). Cleaning is optional: €100. The "proportional" tourist tax is extra. Bookings on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Generally, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8 am or after 8 pm, an additional fee applies: From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50; From 10 pm to midnight - €80; From midnight to 6 am - 100 Euros
From 6:00 to 8:00 - 70 Euros
