Built in 2013 by a renowned architect from Île de Ré, our 150m² house boasts a stylish and refined décor, combining comfort with the island's unique charm. Bathed in sunlight all day long, it offers a warm and serene atmosphere, perfect for sharing with family and friends. All on one level, the house opens onto a patio on one side, ideal for al fresco dining in the shade of a climbing vine, and on the other, onto a walled garden. This verdant haven of peace and tranquility is nevertheless just steps away from the lively port and market, the church square, and its shops. For a refreshing seaside stroll, a 5-10 minute bike ride takes you to the beach, and only 5 minutes to reach the heart of the marshes. A parking space is available in front of the gate (a real luxury in the summer), and two free public parking lots are a 2-minute walk away. A driveway at the entrance provides secure parking for all bicycles. The house has four bedrooms: - Two master bedrooms opening onto the garden, each with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. - Two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. - The last bedroom is independent thanks to its entrance leading directly onto the patio.

Bedding: 2 160x200 beds in double rooms. 2 90x200 beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a trundle bed offering 2 90x200 beds in the 4th bedroom.
For babies, a travel cot and a Stokke high chair are also available.

Duvets: 2 large (240x220) and 4 small (200x150),
Pillows: 8 squares (65x65)

NB: Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases pillows, and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but CAN BE RENT and DELIVERED on site (prices on request).

The house is fully equipped: Dishwasher, Oven, Induction Table, Fridge, Freezer, Nespresso and Bodum Coffee Maker, Triangle Bluetooth Speaker, Optical Fiber, Television, Wifi, Dining Room Table with extensions that can accommodate 10 guests, Washing Machine , Tumble Dryer, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner, Iron, Many Cupboards.
