Built in 2013 by a renowned architect from the Ile de Re, our 150m2 house with trendy and refined decoration combines comfort and Rethais charm. Crossing, bathed in sunshine all day long, there is a warm and serene atmosphere to share with family or friends.
On one level, the house opens on one side onto a patio ideal for taking meals in the shade of a climbing vine, and on the other onto a walled garden with trees.
This true green setting, calm and peaceful, is yet only a stone's throw from the bustling port and market, the church square and its shops.
And for an iodized walk, 5 to 10 minutes by bike are enough to reach the beach, and only 5 minutes to find yourself in the middle of the marshes.

A parking space is available in front of the gate (a real luxury in summer), and 2 free public car parks are located 2 minutes away. At the entrance, a driveway allows you to park all bikes safely.

The house has 4 bedrooms:
- Two master bedrooms each with its own adjoining bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
- Two other smaller bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The last bedroom has an independent entrance via the patio.

Bedding: 2 160x200 beds in double rooms. 2 90x200 beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a trundle bed offering 2 90x200 beds in the 4th bedroom.
For babies, a travel cot and a Stokke high chair are also available.

Duvets: 2 large (240x220) and 4 small (200x150),
Pillows: 8 squares (65x65)

NB: Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases pillows, and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but CAN BE RENT and DELIVERED on site (prices on request).

The house is fully equipped: Dishwasher, Oven, Induction Table, Fridge, Freezer, Nespresso and Bodum Coffee Maker, Triangle Bluetooth Speaker, Optical Fiber, Television, Wifi, Dining Room Table with extensions that can accommodate 10 guests, Washing Machine , Tumble Dryer, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner, Iron, Many Cupboards. In the garden: Table and 6 Fermob Chairs, Parasol, Deckchairs, Barbecue...

NB: the duration of minimum stay is one week, and for logistical reasons in July and August, fortnightly stays are preferred.
