The first 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, one of which has a bathtub and shower, are in a sleeping area separated from the living room by an entrance hall. The fourth bedroom is an outbuilding in the garden with also its bathroom and a double sink.
The house has 8 beds divided into 4 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with double bed of 160X200 each.
A large wooden terrace of 40 m² d'ipe, facing south, extends the house towards the garden, with a large teak table, designer chairs, and deck chairs.
A low teak garden furniture completes the equipment on a second terrace of 20 m2 also in ipe, more shaded which overlooks the 200 m² garden facing south, enclosed by a wall and not overlooked.
The garden continues around the house with white gravel and a relaxation area.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, a large fridge and freezer, also storage space thanks to the shelves and a double sink, where you can prepare your seafood in a friendly atmosphere.
