The house has 8 beds spread over 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with a double bed of 160 x 200 each.

A large terrace of 40 m² in ipe wood, facing due south, extends the house towards the garden, with a large teak table, designer chairs, and deckchairs.
A low teak garden furniture completes the equipment on a second terrace of 20 m2 also in ipe, more shaded which overlooks the garden of 200 m² facing due south, enclosed by a wall and not overlooked.
The garden continues around the house with white gravel and a relaxation area.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, a large fridge and a freezer, also a place storage space thanks to the shelves and a double sink, where you can prepare your seafood in a friendly atmosphere.

You will have two parking spaces in front of the house and two spaces in a passage closed by a gate attached to the back of the land.

With its architecture and authentic charm, Ars-en- Re benefits from an ideal environment for your vacation: Marina, daily walks, hikes, bay, fishing on foot, cycle paths, salt marshes, sailing school, beaches, not far from the Phare des Baleines, and Lilleau des Niges and its 121 hectare nature reserve representing a link between the Arctic and Africa.
At high tide, the reserve serves as a resting place for 70% of the birds wintering on Re (50,000 individuals) and forms one of the most important ornithological sanctuaries in France.
