Description

House renovated and extended in 2013 on a plot in the heart of the village of Les Portes (50m from the main street). Beautiful construction combining old stone and modernity, with tasteful decoration. You will enjoy a lovely sheltered courtyard with an outdoor shower, as well as a 200m² south-facing garden with a double awning and a griddle for pleasant al fresco dining! The 50m² open-plan living area (lounge, kitchen, dining room) on the ground floor benefits from dual aspect and a beautiful double-sided fireplace. Ground floor: bedroom with double bed and shower. First floor to the left: master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and separate toilet). First floor to the right: two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds and a single bed) which share a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
