Family house with three bedrooms, two of which are for two people, each with its own complete bathroom, and one on a large mezzanine, a large living room, a separate dining kitchen, a garden to the east and a courtyard to the west, both closed and full of flowers, and a courtyard converted into a summer dining room. it's a family home with real furniture, paintings on the walls, a library, and not an impersonal rental house.

You enter through the courtyard which overlooks the garden and allows access to the house.

On the ground floor, an entrance leads on the one hand to a hallway, separate toilets, and a large bathroom with double sink, bath/ shower and bidet, on the other hand a 14 m2 bedroom with two 90 cm beds which can be completed with a trundle bed which can be left out without making the bedroom "impractical" (see photo); the entrance opens onto a large, very bright, high-ceilinged "cathedral" living room, 30 m2, with fireplace, sofa, armchairs, and a fixed dining room table; it opens with two bay windows onto the courtyard flowered with roses.

the kitchen is controlled by the living room and also overlooks the courtyard; it is very bright, warm, fully equipped, and you can have a meal for six around the table.

In the living room, a staircase leads to a mezzanine where you can easily stand up, spacious, where you find an 80 cm bed; it leads to the second bedroom (16 m2), carpeted and equipped with two easily joined twin beds (adapted bedding provided); it commands a second bathroom with bath/shower and sink.

the residence of Bossettes is located in the village of Les Portes, quiet, but very close to the supermarket and a few minutes from the center (market, shops);

the beach of the Loge is a few minutes away by bicycle, the Conche of the whales and Trousse Shirt at 15 minutes;

the Marais du Fier and its bird sanctuary are also a few minutes away by bicycle
