This pretty little fisherman's house of 80m2 is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people. Recently renovated, it is located in the heart of the Portes en Re in a quiet alley. The house is just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, and is close to many beaches. On the ground floor, a living room, a kitchen equipped with quality equipment and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a bed of 160, and a shower room with WC; the children's room with bunk beds of 90 and a pull-out bed of 90. Small courtyard, exposed west.

The house is located in a very quiet alley a few minutes walk from the village center where stands the market and are shops and restaurants with their famous terraces. The bike paths lead to many beaches, among the most sought after. the island of Re: the Conche, Trousse-Chemise, the Lodge, the Patache, and the bench of the lumberjack .... Many bike rides are also to discover including through the marsh landscapes of the nature reserve Lilleau Niges .
For the more athletic there is also horse riding, surf lessons, a tennis club and a nautical center. Not to mention the kids who can have fun at Kids Beach
