The main house comprises (115m² living space and 500m² land area): - 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with shower room and dressing room - 1 separate bathroom with bathtub - 1 WC - 1 open-plan kitchen - Awning by the pool with no overlooking neighbors - Terrace area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol, also with no overlooking neighbors - Private parking: space for 3 vehicles - Heated swimming pool from April to the end of September BEDROOMS

Pool towel kit: €8 per person. House rules: No pets (Depending on the breed, please check with Aurélien). Aurélien will welcome you to the villa between 5 pm and 7 pm; check-out is before 10 am.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. 7 nights minimum.

Weekend rental: 4 nights minimum. Outside of the June-September period and school holidays: 4 nights: 75% of the weekly price (excluding a fixed cleaning fee of €110) 5 nights: 85% of the weekly price (excluding a fixed cleaning fee of €110) 6 nights: Full weekly price - Insurance: You must take out comprehensive insurance with your insurance company to protect yourself against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire, for example) - A 30% deposit is required upon booking. - The balance is due 30 days before your arrival, including tourist tax. - Security deposit: We require a security deposit of €2000 upon arrival at the rental property. We will return it to you no later than one week after your departure.
