Rates and conditions
Rental from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. 7 nights minimum.

Rental for a weekend: 4 nights minimum. Outside the period June - September and school holidays.
4 nights: 75% of the price of the week (excluding fixed cleaning package at 100 Euros)
5 nights: 85% of the price of the week (excluding fixed cleaning package at 100 Euros)
6 nights = At the price of the full week

All prices are detailed in the price calendar.
- Insurance: you must take out multi-risk insurance with your insurance company to protect yourself against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)
- A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation.
- The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival tourist tax.
- Security deposit: we ask you for a security deposit of 2000 Euros upon validation of the reservation by deposit check signed to the lessor. We will return it to you no later than 1 week after your departure.
