June 2026: 1,500 Euros - heated pool
from July 1st to August 31st, 2025: 3,200 Euros
September 2026: 1,800 Euros - heated pool

Mandatory cleaning fee: 100Euros

Rates and conditions
Rental from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. 7 nights minimum.

Rental for a weekend: 4 nights minimum. Outside the period June - September and school holidays.
4 nights: 75% of the weekly price (excluding fixed cleaning fee of 100 Euros)
5 nights: 85% of the weekly price (excluding fixed cleaning fee of 100 Euros)
6 nights: At the price of the full week

- Insurance: you must take out, with your insurance company, multi-risk insurance to protect yourself against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)
- A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation.
- The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival tourist tax.
- Security deposit: we ask you for a security deposit of 2000 Euros upon arrival at the rental. We will return it to you at the latest 1 week after your departure.
