The house is connected to the internet via fiber optic and has Wi-Fi access. It features: ample storage, Miele appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), induction cooktop, oven, and numerous amenities including: two flat-screen TVs (one in each house), Sonos soundbar, Blu-ray player, Nespresso coffee machine, and air conditioning. The terrace includes garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. The swimming pool is heated from April to the end of September and uses salt electrolysis, secured by an electric cover. There is an outdoor shower with hot water and a reinforced outlet for charging an electric car (3.7kW). Linen rental is available.

From Saturday July 4th to Saturday August 15th: 3500 euros per week
From Saturday August 29th to Saturday September 12th: 2300 euros per week
From Saturday September 12th to Saturday September 26th: 2000 euros per week
For 2 consecutive weeks of rental: we apply a 10% discount on the rental amount of the second week
Not included: tourist tax (2.53 euros per day and per person) and compulsory final cleaning (180 euros)
