The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th. A solar shower is also included. Parking for 2 vehicles is available directly on the property with private and secure parking. Additional municipal parking is available in the immediate vicinity. SINGLE-STOREY: Bright living room with lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1 consists of two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160x200 cm). Bedroom 2 Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed (140x200 cm). Bedroom 3 also has a double bed (140x200 cm). A newly renovated bathroom includes a shower and double vanity. A separate toilet. Nearby: The villa is located a few minutes by bike from the port and village center of Saint-Martin. La Cible Beach (activities and services offered): sailing and kitesurfing school (from April 1st to the All Saints' Day holidays), children's club "Les Pirates de la Cible", restaurant "La Cible". The Aquare aquatic center is accessible 5 minutes from the villa: a 25m swimming pool and an indoor leisure pool. Younger children can have fun in the large paddling pool, while older children can slide down the water slide. For adults, a relaxation area awaits in the spa area, which includes a sauna, a hammam, and a hot tub.

The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
