House located in the center of Bois Plage in a quiet and wooded area (a five-minute walk from the market and the church), set back from the Rue de la Loubrie and close to bike paths. We reach the sea in about five minutes by bike (for the supervised beach of Gollandieres) and the centers of the villages of Saint-Martin and La Couarde in just fifteen minutes. The house does not suffer from vis-à-vis and remains calm even in high season.
