- The main house comprises an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes leading to a large 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge, all overlooking the swimming pool.
4 bedrooms with wardrobes (1 with a 160cm double bed, 1 with a 180cm double bed, 1 with a 160cm double bed and 1 with two 90cm single beds), including a master suite, 1 shower room with walk-in shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 toilets and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer).
- The 70m² annex comprises a large living room or games room with TV and foosball table, 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (1 with a 160cm double bed and 1 with two 80x200cm single beds that can be joined), a shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet.
The entire property is walled and private, accessed via an electric gate, and a large parking area easily accommodates 4 vehicles.
The villa benefits from a large landscaped and fenced garden of 1700 m2, a 4x12 m swimming pool, heated from May to September, equipped with a roller shutter.
A petanque court, a ping pong table, a table football ( annex) and a plancha are at your disposal.
