- The main house is composed of an entrance with cupboards which serves a large living room of 70 m2, with fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and living room all with a view of the swimming pool.
4 bedrooms with wardrobe (1 with double bed 160, 1 double bed 180, 1 with double bed 140 and 1 with 2 beds 90) including a master suite, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 toilets and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer in addition).
- The 70 m2 annex is composed of a large living room or games room with TV and table football, 2 bedrooms with wardrobe (1 with double bed 160 and 1 with 2 beds 80x200cm which can be joined together), a shower room with washing machine dryer and a separate toilet.
The whole is enclosed by walls and not overlooked, the entrance is through an electric gate, a large parking lot can easily accommodate 4 vehicles.
The villa benefits from a large landscaped and fenced garden of 1700 m2, a 4x12 m swimming pool, heated from May to September, equipped with a roller shutter.
A petanque court, a ping pong table, a table football ( annex) and a plancha are at your disposal.
