PRICE per week in 2023 on a flat rate basis for six occupants (holiday vouchers accepted):

Mandatory cleaning fee in addition at the end of each stay: 150 Euros up to 6 people, or 180 Euros up to 8 people. maximum.
Possibility to rent bed sheets for 30 Euros per bed, as well as towel kits (1 hand towel, a large bath towel, a washcloth) for 20 Euros/person.
Supplement (depending on season) for any additional person beyond the package of 6, within the limit of two (i.e. 8 people maximum).
Note: a rental supplement of 35Euros/night will be applied for any additional person on arrival, not provided for in the initial contract signed by the parties.
Animal clean and well-educated domestic servant accepted (dog only and subject to not creating neighborhood disturbances), for a supplement of 50 Euros per week.
Guarantee deposit of 1000 Euros (check or bank transfer) returned within a week after cleaning exit, in the absence of damage.
Tourist tax: 2024 rate not known to date; 2.53 Euros/night/adult person as of 01/01/2023.
