Mandatory cleaning fee in addition at the end of each stay: 150 Euros for up to 6 people or 180 Euros for up to 8 people. maximum.
Possibility to rent bed linen for 30 Euros per bed, as well as "towel kits" (1 hand towel, one large bath towel, one washcloth) for 20 Euros/pers.
Supplement (depending on the season) for any additional person beyond the package of 6, up to a limit of two (i.e. 8 people maximum).
Note: a rental supplement of 50 Euros/night will be applied for any additional person on arrival, not provided for in the initial contract signed by the parties.
Clean and well-behaved domestic animals accepted (only dogs and provided they do not cause disturbances to the neighborhood) and that they are taken out daily on the public highway to relieve themselves, for an additional 50 Euros per week.
Security deposit of 1000 Euros (check or bank transfer) returned within eight days after the exit cleaning, in the absence of damage.
Tourist tax: 2025 rate (not known at this time): 2.53 Euros (2024 base)/night/adult.
