Supplement (depending on the season) for each additional person beyond the 6-person limit, up to a maximum of two (8 people maximum).
Note: A rental supplement of 50 Euros per night will be applied for any additional person arriving not included in the initial contract signed by both parties.
Clean and well-behaved pets are accepted (dogs only, provided they do not disturb the neighbors) and are taken out daily to relieve themselves on the public road, for an additional 50 Euros per week.
A security deposit of 1000 Euros (check or bank transfer) will be refunded within eight days after the final cleaning, provided there is no damage.
Tourist tax: rate 2025 (not yet known): €2.53 (based on 2024)/night/adult.
