The house is located in a very quiet alley, just a few minutes' walk from the village center where the market, shops, and restaurants are held. Cycle paths lead to numerous beaches, including some of the most sought-after on Île de Ré: La Conche, Trousse-Chemise, La Loge, La Patache, and Banc du Bûcheron. Many cycling routes can also be explored, particularly through the marshland landscapes of the Lilleau des Niges nature reserve.
