It all begins with the crossing of the Île de Ré bridge. A few moments later, Villa Raie Manta welcomes you facing the ocean. Fully renovated and designed for families and friends, this bright seaside home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and one baby. Please note before booking: the sea-view living room is upstairs; sleeping arrangements include two double beds, two single beds and two bunk sleeping spaces for children. On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a 160 × 200 cm bed and private shower room, as well as a bedroom with two bunk beds. Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, another with two 90 × 200 cm single beds that can be joined together, a second shower room, and the panoramic living room, intentionally positioned upstairs to make the most of the sea and bridge views. The large kitchen and dining area are fully equipped. The enclosed garden, terrace, outdoor dining table, sun loungers and barbecue invite you to enjoy life outdoors. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi, Apple TV, baby equipment, games, beach equipment and self check-in with a key box are provided. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Indicative rates from €130 to €520 per night depending on the dates, excluding cleaning, tourist tax and optional extras. The detailed quote confirms the final price. Minimum stays vary: two nights during certain periods, three nights from April to June and seven nights in the summer high season. A 30% deposit is required upon booking. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal and Wero. Pets: €25 per pet per stay. End-of-stay cleaning: €150 per stay, in addition to the nightly price. Optional bed linen and towels: €20 per person, or €160 for eight guests. Beach towels: €10 per person. Late check-out until 6 pm may be available from €100, subject to availability.
