In the heart of Les Portes-en-Ré, in the "golden triangle," you'll be captivated by this traditional fisherman's cottage. Arranged around a flower-filled courtyard, it offers three bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, and a shower room. Like all traditional houses, the entire layout is accessed via the courtyard, adding to the charm of the place. Ideally located, 100 meters from the central square of Les Portes, its market, and shops, on a very quiet street, 600 meters from Gros Jonc beach and a 5-minute bike ride from La Conche beach ("Le Petit Bec"). Close to tennis courts, sailing school, horseback riding, etc. A truly charming house! :-) You'll find everything you need for your stay: dishes, furniture, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Whether with family or friends, for a short break... Whether it's for a month, a week, or a weekend, we'll do everything we can to ensure you have a stay that will make you want to come back. PLEASE NOTE: Like all traditional fishermen's cottages in Les Portes-en-Ré, access is entirely through the courtyard, including the bathroom and kitchen. Bed linen and towels are available for rent.

Rate (yellow) from the beginning of April (week 16) to the beginning of July (week 27) and from the end of August to the beginning of September (weeks 35 and 36), as well as during the Christmas and New Year holidays: €99 per night on weekdays and €195 on Friday and Saturday nights.
30% discount for weekly rentals. 50% discount for monthly rentals. Price (orange) for weeks 28, 29 (July) and 34 (August): Weekly, Saturday to Saturday, €1260 per week. Price (red) for weeks 30, 31, 32, 33 (August): Weekly, Saturday to Saturday, €2000 per week. Fixed fee for each booking: €300 (including, among other things, end-of-stay cleaning (max. 4 hours) and tourist tax).
