At the back of the garden, pass through the gate and you have direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy refreshing swims or relaxing moments on the sand. The house also boasts a large outdoor space. Its garden is the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by greenery. The terrace invites you to sip a cool drink or prepare delicious barbecues. Finally, the interior is divided into several areas. You will find the dining room, with its large table, inviting you to gather around good meals. Next, a first living room, perfect for a coffee break and conversation, opens onto the fully equipped American-style kitchen, complete with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle. Then, a second, quieter living room is available, where you can relax on the sofa or armchairs for a TV break. The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, providing a private space for a more intimate stay, equipped with a queen-size bed, a television, a small table, and a kitchenette. It also has an en-suite shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, you will find a cozy space with a sofa. You will also find two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed and a sea view, the second is a dormitory room equipped with a queen size bed and two double beds, offering a view of the salt marshes.
