North of the beautiful Île de Ré, near its famous Phare des Baleines lighthouse, we have found a large family home for you, located less than 200 meters from the coastal promenade of the Côte Sauvage. Designed to accommodate 10 to 11 people, this 150 m² house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you enter a large, modern, brand-new, and fully equipped kitchen. Its practical layout and spaciousness will allow you to prepare delicious meals for several people. For this purpose, you will have an induction hob, an oven, and a microwave. A large American-style fridge-freezer will allow you to store fresh produce from the market, as well as plenty of ice cream. A dishwasher will lighten your load. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso pod machine are at your disposal. To enjoy the fruits of your culinary labors, two dining areas are available: the dining room in the living room or the large veranda overlooking the garden. For your TV evenings or simply to relax indoors, the living room has two large sofas and a television. A separate toilet and a laundry room complete this level. Upstairs, a relaxation area awaits you with a pull-out bed, which can be used as a sofa or a bed, with the pull-out bed as an extra. It's also practical as a play area for children. There are four bedrooms. In the first, decorated in white and beige stripes, a queen-size bed (160x200) awaits you. In the second, with different shades of gray, there is also a queen-size bed. In the third bedroom, decorated with flowers, you'll sleep in a double bed. And in the fourth bedroom, we enter the world of children. With its bunk bed, under which hides a pull-out bed, plus a single bed, it's the ideal dormitory for telling bedtime stories, chatting far too late, and creating wonderful holiday memories. Two bathrooms are also located on this floor. The first has a bathtub, and the second a shower and a separate toilet. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. You can park your vehicle around the house and leave your bicycles in the garage. Our island tip: explore the cycle paths of the salt marshes and the Lilleau des Niges nature reserve. And if you're feeling adventurous, climb the 257 steps to admire the view from the top of the Whale Lighthouse. Then, treat yourself to a delicious ice cream from La Martinière or some seafood at the JUSTE restaurant. A wonderful day is guaranteed. This rental includes a concierge service with a team available throughout your stay for personalized assistance. Linens are available as an option, depending on your desired level of comfort. Linens are provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of renewal. Mid-stay cleaning is not included in our services. This apartment has Wi-Fi access.
