A spacious and welcoming house: Spread over two levels, the house offers all the necessary comforts for a family holiday: - On the ground floor: an entrance hall with separate WC, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc.), a welcoming dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), shower room, and separate WC. - Upstairs: three bedrooms (One bedroom with a 160cm double bed, two bedrooms with 2 x 80cm single beds), a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. - A laundry room is also available with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. - Sleeps 8 people. Pleasant and sunny outdoor spaces: You can enjoy a small garden and a 70m² courtyard with no overlooking neighbors. A covered patio with garden furniture, deck chairs, and outdoor lounge area will allow you to relax in complete tranquility. Amenities and comfort: This family home, inhabited year-round, is fully equipped: you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as board games and numerous books. A major bonus: a garage is available for bicycles and rubbish bins. A parking space for one car is available.

In summer, the street comes alive in the morning with the market, offering a lively and authentic atmosphere from the start of the day. Our young cat might come to visit you in the garden.
An ideal place to fully enjoy summer on the Île de Ré, between nature, beaches, and the Ré Island lifestyle. We will be happy to advise you on your stay (restaurants, activities, beaches, etc.).

This family home, inhabited year-round, is fully equipped: you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay (equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, baby equipment if needed, ample crockery, as well as board games and numerous books). A garage is available for bicycles. Parking for one car is possible.
