Nestled in the quiet of a dead-end street, just minutes from the village center and one of the island's most beautiful beaches, this residence allows you to fully enjoy the charms of the Île de Ré with family or friends. The Accommodation: Villa Rose invites you to experience an incomparable holiday. This single-story villa offers bright and spacious living areas, complete with a CD jukebox and terraces. Inside, you'll be charmed by the living room with its large windows. In short, Villa Rose offers an unforgettable holiday experience where luxury, charm, and comfort are perfectly balanced. Please note the following mandatory additional charges in addition to the nightly rates: End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is mandatory at a rate of 350 Euros. Linen is also mandatory for hygiene reasons and is available at a rate of 36 Euros per person.

Low season: May to June = 670 Euros per night with a minimum 3-night stay. Mid-season: July = 850 Euros per night with a minimum 5-night stay. High season: 950 Euros per night with a minimum 7-night stay. NOT INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE AND MANDATORY: Linen: 36 Euros per person, mandatory extra charge including bed preparation. What is included in the kit per person: Mattress protector, pillow protector, fitted or flat sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase (square and rectangular), 1 large towel, 1 small towel, 1 pool towel, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen towels. End-of-stay cleaning: 350 Euros.
