INTERIOR

The house offers a living space with an open-plan kitchen and dining room (opening onto the south-facing terrace), a reading nook with a fireplace, and a living room opening onto the poolside terrace. A pantry/laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and the patio.

The first sleeping area comprises a master suite opening onto the pool and the patio. This suite, adapted for people with reduced mobility, comprises:
• a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (bedroom #1),
• a bathroom (outside the bedroom) with a bathtub and shower,
• a separate toilet.

The second sleeping area comprises:
• a first bedroom overlooking the south garden, with a 140 cm double bed (bedroom #2),
• a second bedroom overlooking the west garden, with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (bedroom #3),
• a third bedroom overlooking the west garden, with two 90 cm bunk beds (bedroom #4),
• two separate shower rooms,
• a separate toilet.

EXTERIOR

Large sunny garden of 500 m² at the back of which is the heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) protected by a barrier with a secure gate allowing control of access for young children.

The first terrace, which runs alongside the dining room, is equipped with an outdoor dining table, benches and armchairs. The barbecue is usually set up on the adjacent lawn.

The second terrace, which overlooks the pool, has garden furniture and a motorized awning.

The third terrace, which surrounds the pool, has a bench and an outdoor shower.

Mandatory additional charges:
