A pleasant outdoor area (currently being landscaped and finished) includes: a 12x4m heated and secure swimming pool, a large terrace around the pool with sun loungers and garden furniture, an outdoor shower, a large covered area with a summer kitchen, a dining area, a pétanque court and a volleyball court, and a private driveway. The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor: - an entrance hall with closets and storage, - a separate toilet with washbasin, - a laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer, - a large, bright 60m² living area comprising a lounge (central suspended fireplace), TV and internet box (fiber optic), sound system and fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area, with access to the terrace and pool, - a pantry (American-style refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar...).

Rental from Sunday to Sunday, or Saturday to Saturday, depending on the week. Contact us for short stays and long weekends. Security deposit: €4,000. 2026 weekly rates: - Easter holidays (April 18th to May 3rd): €4,000 to €4,500 - May and June (May 3rd to July 4th): €5,000 to €6,000 - Summer holidays (July 4th to August 31st): €7,600 to €8,100 - September: €5,000. In addition, the applicable tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning are charged. Upon request, a quote for complete linens (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels), with beds made upon arrival, is available for an additional fee. Basic necessities are provided. In the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products and utensils)

We offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and culture...), upon request.
A welcome booklet is available in the house, as well as tourist brochures (maps and cycling routes, events...)
