Located in the Le Clos Vauban residence, just steps from the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this apartment is ideal for fully enjoying the charm of Île de Ré. You'll appreciate its lovely private courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing comfortably in the deck chairs. The apartment features a pleasant living area including a lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, offering a welcoming setting for your stays with family or friends. The sleeping area comprises a bathroom, toilet, and two bedrooms with closets: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined to form a double bed. The residence offers a bicycle storage area, convenient for exploring the island's many cycle paths. Parking is not included. You can park your vehicle in the car park opposite the residence or in the adjacent streets (paid parking depending on the period).

An ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the immediate vicinity of the port, La Cible beach (750 metres), shops (covered market at 450 metres) and the typical atmosphere of Saint-Martin-de-Re.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Mid-season: 800 Euros/week
- High season: 1,050 Euros/week
- Peak season: 1,300 Euros/week

Weekend rental (minimum 3 nights):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax not included: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate to be adjusted according to the length of stay and the number of travelers)
Booking fee: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental not included:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided. - €45 per person including linens and beach towels. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.
