An independent studio, at the back of the garden, completes this property. A charming little entrance provides a transition between the village and the tranquility of the house. On the ground floor: - a large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, conventional oven, steam oven, toaster, large worktop) and its spacious utility room (electric coffee maker, microwave, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, household cleaning products). It is possible to dine for four in this kitchen. - a master suite with high ceilings: large closets, a double bed, and a shower room with private toilet. The entire suite measures 50 m². - a large, bright living room with high ceilings (quite unusual for a village house). Beautiful stone fireplace on the living room wall.

The living room is very comfortable for large groups as it is spacious. Nine people can dine comfortably around the cherry wood table.

Upstairs

- the living room opens onto the terrace and the garden with its swimming pool. At the back of the garden is the independent studio. The terrace is pleasant on these beautiful summer days, and under the awning, you can enjoy meals at a marble bistro table. The swimming pool is equipped with a robotic cleaner and a simple plastic cover. Safety for this pool consists of a simple fall detection alarm, which we make available to tenants. We disclaim all responsibility for the use of this pool and therefore for any incident that may occur. Sun loungers and deck chairs are available to enhance your stay. The independent bedroom is located at the back of the garden and includes two single beds, a toilet, and a shower room. Access to the parking area is via a private driveway closed by a gate operated by a remote control. It is possible to park two vehicles securely. Ample parking is available along the street.

A deposit of 1000 euros is required upon confirmation of the reservation; this sum will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled.
The cleaning must be done by the guests. The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged.
