This peaceful studio, overlooking a large, wooded plot of 2700 m², is located approximately 150m from the sea and 500m from the village of Les Portes-en-Ré. Also close to a fish weir, a small beach, various cycle paths, marshes, and a bird sanctuary, etc., it is ideal for relaxation. You can unwind, enjoy the peace and quiet, the sea air, and the landscapes of Île de Ré while remaining relatively close to the village's amenities (market, shops, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, etc.). It comprises a large, sunny living area of approximately 20 m², with a fully equipped kitchenette, a high-quality sofa bed (easy to use, specifically designed for everyday use, measuring 140 x 190 cm with a 17 cm thick mattress), a wardrobe, a table and chairs, and a TV. Accessible via a small hallway, the bathroom and toilet are separate. Please note that this is a studio apartment, so there is no additional bedroom. The private terrace, separated from the main grounds by a screen, offers greater privacy. Facing southwest, it is furnished with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a parasol. The entrance is completely independent, and you will have no parking problems. We provide board games, a few books, and various documents (maps of surrounding villages and cycle paths, information about the island, etc.). If needed, we will be happy to assist you and meet your needs as best we can.

This studio is not equipped with air conditioning, but a fan is available in case of extreme heat. A travel cot and a high chair are also available if needed.
