Clos Saint Charbel - quiet location, close to the town centre and the beach

We rent our house in La Couarde-sur-Mer, located in the village, within walking distance of shops and 5 minutes from Peu Ragot beach. It consists of a main house (fully renovated in 2024) and an annex. The main house includes a dining room with a semi-open kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The annex includes a bedroom that has not yet been renovated but is usable in summer (it is not very well insulated in cold weather). The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), and we can add a travel cot if needed (on request). The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) on a mezzanine accessible via a staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer. The living room has a sofa bed. extra.
Finally, the bedroom in the annex has 2 inflatable mattresses for the summer.

This is a house that we bought in 2023 and that we are restoring in phases, so the interior of the main house is completely redone and decorated, but the garden and the annex remain in their original state.

Available equipment: Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, waffle/toasted sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, raclette grill, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, baby kit on request (travel cot, high chair), outdoor gas griddle, garden loungers, garden furniture

June - September: 1200 Euros per week
First two weeks of July: 1800 Euros per week

We can also offer rentals during long weekends (Ascension Day, etc.)
Mandatory cleaning fee: 150 Euros + tourist tax

Rental and delivery at home. Sheet set, towels, tea towels.

This is a private, secluded property at the end of a pedestrian street (very quiet). Access to the house is possible by car for unloading luggage or groceries, and we have a private parking space a little further down the street.
