Enjoy the Île de Ré in this charming house with a private pool, located in the heart of Sainte-Marie, less than 800 meters from the beach and a short walk from the Place d'Antioche. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends!

Upon entering, you'll find a master bedroom with a double bed and its own private bathroom, along with a separate toilet for added comfort.

On the other side of the house, a hallway leads to two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with its own bathroom.

The living room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows overlooking the garden, opens directly onto the terrace and the pool. You can enjoy sunny meals, relaxing moments by the water, or convivial evenings with family and friends.

The private parking area allows for easy parking of up to two vehicles.

From the house, you can stroll through the village streets, discover its local shops, enjoy a coffee on a terrace, or go for a bike ride on the island's many cycle paths. The beach, less than a 10-minute walk away, offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sea air.

Villa Resonance features two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200cm), one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. A television and Wi-Fi internet access are also provided. The secure swimming pool is heated from April to October, weather permitting.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A washing machine is also available.

Outside, a charming terrace awaits you with sun loungers, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue for enjoying time with friends and family.

A private parking space in front of the house allows you to park your vehicle securely.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: €1,300/week
- Mid-season: €1,700/week
- High season: €2,700/week
- Peak season: €3,400/week

Weekend rental outside of school holidays (minimum 3 nights):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax not included: €4,51 maximum/night/adult

Booking fee not included: €50 Optional linen rental not included:
- €35/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and tea towels Kitchen. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- €45 per person including linens and pool towels.

Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.
