This warm and welcoming 160m² family home is located in a quiet area near vineyards and the sea. It features a swimming pool secured by an alarm, compliant with regulations, and a lush, private garden. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, with the Place d'Antioche and its daily market, as well as all local shops. The coastal path and cycle paths are very close by. Interior layout: A large, open-plan living area, facing south, includes: - a lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, views and openings onto the terrace and garden - a dining table with extensions for 10 people - a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar - an office with a piano - a laundry/utility room. There are 4 bedrooms, including: - a master suite with a queen-size bed (160cm), dressing room, and its own bathroom. Walk-in shower

- a children's bedroom with two single beds: one 110cm bed and one 90cm pull-out bed with a wardrobe
- a children's bedroom with three single beds: one 90cm bed, one 90cm pull-out bed, and one 100cm bed with a wardrobe
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower
- 2 separate toilets

This is a year-round occupied house equipped with all necessary appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.).

You can also enjoy the library (books, comics, various board games, etc.).

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outdoor amenities:
In addition to the swimming pool, garden, and terrace, there is a landscaped courtyard at the entrance to the house for Ping-pong (no overlooking neighbors).
Large table for 10, garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers.
Access to an outdoor water point for rinsing off after the beach.

We rent our house with one resident :-) Our cat Caouette doesn't go on holiday and relies on the tenants for her evening meal and a few cuddles! She is independent thanks to her cat flap in the laundry room, allowing her to come and go from the house. Therefore, we cannot accept the presence of another animal. Thank you very much for taking care of her.

Non-smoking house.

It is possible to park 2 cars in the courtyard, but there is free parking very close to the house.
