Our 260m² house was built in the traditional style of the Île de Ré. It is bathed in light thanks to its many bay windows overlooking the heated swimming pool and garden. The comfortable bedrooms, with their quality bedding (we made a point of it!), and the tasteful decor create an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. Its heated swimming pool (from April to October), relaxation areas, large living room, and carefully decorated bedrooms will undoubtedly charm you. Most of the items were hand-picked by us, giving our lovely "friends' house" an absolute charm. It is designed so that everyone can have their own space, with two separate living rooms. Perfect for a large group of friends or a large family!

Situated in a quiet area, 800 meters from the beach, the property is a true haven of peace. Nearby cycle paths allow you to fully enjoy Île de Ré, its beaches, and its markets. You can park your bikes in the house's bicycle parking area, which also has two parking spaces available at the entrance.
